Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end delivery of complex user-facing features (from UX discussions to deployment).
Design and develop frontend applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js .
Lead frontend architecture for new features and UI flows.
Define state management, API integration, and performance strategies.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend and business stakeholders.
Translate business and ambiguous requirements into scalable frontend solutions.
Drive stakeholder communication around frontend technical decisions.
Maintain and improve code quality, testing, accessibility, and observability.
Mentor team members and lead code reviews.
Shape and maintain the frontend design system and architecture.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in software engineering.
Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with CI/CD workflows.
Experience working in cross-functional teams (PMs, designers, engineers).
Experience leading frontend architecture and feature design.
Self-motivated and effective team player.
Preferred / Ideal Candidate Traits:
Passion for building advanced systems and data-driven platforms.
Comfortable in agile, fast-paced, and evolving environments.
Interested in machine learning, IaC, and modern development practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Technology Stack:
Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML / CSS, Storybook, Nx, GraphQL, Vitest / Jest, i18n.
Tools and Others: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Figma.
