Requirements:
6+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
Mandatory: B. Tech in Computer Science (CSE) from a Tier-1 engineering institute (IITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani, top NITs).
Strong proficiency in Node.js and/or Python for backend development.
Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3
Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
Strong understanding of system design, design patterns, and distributed systems.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.
Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, and application security.
Experience optimising application performance and scalability.
Good to Have:
Experience with GraphQL.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to AWS/GCP/Azure.
Experience with caching, messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and event-driven architecture.
Strong problem-solving and coding skills.
Ability to own features end-to-end.
Experience building production-grade web applications.
