Product Manager - ML

Responsibilities:
Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI/ML-based products.
Work with Data Science and Engineering teams to develop machine learning models and AI solutions.
Translate business problems into AI/ML product opportunities.
Gather and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders and customers.
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch.
Define product KPIs, success metrics, and model performance benchmarks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Analytics, UX, Operations, and Business.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery.
Ensure AI models align with business goals, scalability, and compliance standards.
Monitor product adoption, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage Agile product delivery, sprint planning, and backlog prioritisation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
2-4 years of Product Management experience.
Hands-on exposure to AI/ML products, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, Generative AI, or automation platforms.
Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and the AI product lifecycle.
Experience working with Data Science, MLOps, and Engineering teams.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.
