Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full-stack Developer with 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks, backend development, API design, cloud deployment, and application architecture.
The role involves building enterprise-grade digital products, AI-enabled platforms, analytics dashboards, workflow applications, and customer-facing solutions while ensuring high performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. A hands-on full-stack developer who combines strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and Python frameworks with cloud and DevOps knowledge to build, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and platforms.
Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js and modern frontend technologies.
Develop robust backend services and REST APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and Python frameworks.
Design and implement microservices-based architectures and reusable application components.
Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support production deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
Contribute to architecture decisions, technical standards, and development best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
5-8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
Proven track record of delivering production-grade web applications at scale.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud-native application development.
Required Skills:
Frontend Development: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5 CSS3 Redux, Context API, Responsive and Mobile-First Design, Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS.
Backend Development: Node.js, Express.js, Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), RESTful API Development, Authentication and Authorization (JWT, OAuth).
Database and Storage: SQL Server/Cloud SQL/PostgresSQL/Aurora/Cloud Spanner, BigQuery/Redshift/Synapse, MongoDB/Dynamo/Firestore/Cosmos, S3/Blob/GCS.
Cloud and DevOps: Azure, AWS, or GCP, Docker and Containerization, Kubernetes (Preferred), CI/CD Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Application Monitoring, and Logging.
Software Engineering: Microservices Architecture, API Integration, Secure Coding Practices, Unit Testing and Automated Testing, Git Version Control, Agile/Scrum Methodologies.
