Sr. IAM Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Developer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Okta, Okta Access Gateway (OAG), Azure/Entra ID, Azure Conditional Access, and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting secure identity and access management solutions across enterprise and customer-facing environments.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and maintain IAM solutions using Okta, Azure/Entra ID, and related identity platforms.
Work extensively on Okta and Okta Access Gateway (OAG) for authentication, authorization, SSO, and application integration.
Implement and manage Azure Conditional Access policies, identity protection, MFA, and access controls.
Develop and support CIAM solutions for customer-facing applications and digital platforms.
Integrate applications with IAM platforms using SAML, OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect (OIDC), and other authentication protocols.
Configure and manage SSO, MFA, federation, user lifecycle management, and access provisioning/deprovisioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues in production environments.
Collaborate with application, security, infrastructure, and development teams to implement secure identity solutions.
Participate in IAM solution design, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Ensure IAM implementations follow enterprise security, compliance, and access governance standards.
Requirements:
8+ years of overall experience in IAM / Identity and Access Management.
6+ years of hands-on experience with Okta.
Strong experience with Okta Access Gateway (OAG).
Strong knowledge of Azure / Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Conditional Access.
Hands-on experience in CIAM implementations.
Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, federation, authentication, and authorization.
Good knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0 OIDC, and identity federation concepts.
Experience with application onboarding and IAM integrations.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
