We are looking for experienced Chartered Accountants to join our Finance and Accounting (F& A) team in the Record to Report (RTR) function. The role involves managing end-to-end general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals with strong RTR experience in shared services, global capability centers (GCC), or multinational organizations.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activities.
Perform general ledger accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments.
Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities within defined timelines.
Perform Bank Reconciliations, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, and Intercompany Reconciliations.
Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, transfers, disposals, and depreciation.
Prepare financial reports and support statutory and management reporting requirements.
Analyze financial data and investigate accounting variances.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, SOX/internal controls, and company guidelines.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues.
Support internal and external audits by providing required schedules and documentation.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization across RTR processes.
Requirements:
Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) is Mandatory
Experience: CA + 4 years of relevant RTR experience
Strong experience in Record to Report (RTR) processes.
Skills include general ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals and provisions, month-end closing, bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, fixed asset accounting, depreciation accounting, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working on ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of relevant RTR experience after CA qualification.
Experience in shared services, global business services (GBS), global capability centers (GCC), or multinational organizations preferred.
Knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS is an added advantage.
CA qualified with 4+ years of relevant experience to report.
