Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to support the development of machine learning models, advanced analytics solutions, and generative AI capabilities for healthcare products and business solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience analyzing large healthcare datasets and building predictive models, and possess a solid understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem. Experience working with provider data is highly preferred, although candidates with strong payer domain experience and healthcare analytics exposure will also be considered. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to AI-driven healthcare solutions by transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights and intelligent products.
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Data Science and Machine Learning:
Develop, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models for healthcare use cases.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on large healthcare datasets.
Build predictive and classification models to generate actionable business insights.
Evaluate model performance and continuously improve model accuracy and reliability.
Apply statistical and quantitative techniques to solve complex healthcare problems.
Internal - General Use
Generative AI and Advanced Analytics:
Support the design and implementation of generative AI solutions.
Develop AI-driven use cases leveraging LLMs and healthcare data.
Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
Assist in building intelligent healthcare applications using GenAI capabilities.
Contribute to prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI solution optimization.
Healthcare Data Analytics:
Analyze clinical, claims, and provider datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Generate meaningful insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
Develop data models and analytical frameworks to support healthcare initiatives.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, data engineers, business analysts, and healthcare SMEs.
Translate business requirements into analytical and AI-driven solutions.
Present insights, findings, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of US healthcare experience.
Strong understanding of healthcare data domains, including provider data (preferred).
Claims Data, Clinical Data, Member Data.
Experience in healthcare analytics and data science projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
