We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in aviation crew management systems (CMS).
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Work with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
Support Agile/Scrum delivery and UAT.
Mentor junior business analysts.
Requirements:
Experience: 8-15 Years.
Strong business analysis experience.
Aviation/airline domain experience.
Knowledge of Crew Management Systems, Crew Scheduling, and Flight Operations.
Experience with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred:
Knowledge of FAA/EASA regulations.
Exposure to REST APIs and microservices.
CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe, or IATA certification.
