Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end technical support for the Calypso Trading Platform across Treasury operations (front, middle, and back office).
Diagnose and resolve incidents within defined SLAs; perform code debugging and coordinate permanent fixes.
Support and administer Calypso infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and seamless integration.
Automate tasks and manage deployments in Unix environments.
Collaborate with business units and clients to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize workflows.
Maintain best practices in system administration, technical troubleshooting, and platform optimization.
Requirements:
Experience: 4-8 years.
Education: Engineering / technical degree from a reputed institution.
Strong expertise in Calypso V16+, APIs, and frameworks (Reporting, Messaging, Accounting, Workflows, Engines, FOWS).
Proficiency in Core Java, Oracle SQL, Unix, and JBoss.
Hands-on experience with configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting Calypso modules.
Strong understanding of capital markets, trade lifecycle, and asset classes (FX, fixed income, credit derivatives, and interest rate derivatives).
Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Domain Knowledge:
Front / Middle / Back Office processes in Treasury.
Asset classes: FX, Fixed Income, Credit Derivatives, and Interest Rate Derivatives.
