L2 Production Support Analyst

Responsibilities:
L2 Application Support: Handle daily production support, perform root-cause analysis, and troubleshoot critical system issues.
Unix and Scripting: Use Unix commands and execute Shell scripts for active issue diagnosis and system monitoring.
Database and SQL: Write and run SQL queries using Joins to analyse data, verify backend logs, and resolve database-related tickets.
Java Code Reading: Analyse basic-to-moderate Java code to trace errors, identify bug origins, and coordinate fix deployments.
AI Tool Utilisation: Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, script writing, and documentation tasks.
Incident Management: Maintain clear communication with internal dev teams and stakeholders for fast resolution of escalated tickets.

Experience
6-10 yrs
