Technical Architect - Gen AI / ML / LLM / RAG

We are hiring a Gen AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions focused on HR and PEO platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS Bedrock, LLMs, RAG Architectures, AI Governance, and Cloud-Native AI Solutions.
Responsibilities:
Architect scalable GenAI platforms and RAG-based solutions.
Design and deploy enterprise AI solutions using AWS Bedrock.
Establish AI governance frameworks, guardrails, and compliance controls.
Drive AI adoption across engineering, security, and product teams.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship for AI initiatives.
Ensure secure handling of confidential and sensitive HR data.
Requirements:
Must-Have Skills: Generative AI Architecture, AWS Bedrock, Python, AWS Lambda, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain / LlamaIndex, Vector Databases, AI Governance and Guardrails, PII/Data Privacy Compliance, System Design and Solution Architecture.
Good-to-Have Skills: AWS SageMaker, AWS S3 Java, HRTech / PEO Domain Experience.
