Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for luxury residential interiors, including apartments and villas, from concept to execution.
Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences and budget to develop suitable design concepts.
Prepare space plans, layouts, 2D drawings, 3D views, mood boards and presentations.
Develop designs for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, balconies and other residential spaces.
Coordinate with clients, 3D visualizers, project managers, vendors and site teams throughout the project.
Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback while maintaining the overall design direction.
Assist with material, finish, furniture, lighting and hardware selections.
Prepare and review detailed working drawings to ensure designs are accurately executed on site.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with execution teams to address design-related requirements and changes.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and design deliverables are met.
Requirements:
4 - 7 years of experience in interior design, preferably in luxury residential projects.
Experience working on premium apartments, villas or high-end residential interiors.
Good understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and residential detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of 3ds Max, Lumion or Revit would be an advantage.
Ability to create 2D drawings, working drawings, layouts, presentations and 3D visualisations.
Good client communication and presentation skills.
Ability to coordinate with design, execution, vendor and site teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
A portfolio showcasing luxury residential interior projects is preferred.
Candidates with experience in high-end residential interiors, turnkey projects, client-facing design roles and apartment/villa projects would be preferred.
The role would involve taking ownership of projects from understanding client requirements and developing the design through execution.
