SSDE - Flutter

Requirements:
5-7 years of software engineering experience, with significant hands-on experience in Flutter development.
Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widget lifecycle, state management, navigation, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with state management frameworks such as BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or similar.
Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication, third-party SDKs, and backend services.
Good understanding of mobile performance optimisation, memory management, networking, and debugging.
Experience handling different device sizes, OS versions, and platform-specific requirements.
Strong understanding of Git and modern software development practices.
Experience writing unit, widget, and integration tests.
Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Ability to independently own and deliver complex features.
Strong product mindset with an eye for performance, usability, and overall user experience.
Good to Have:
Experience working in a B2C / consumer internet / high-scale product environment.
Experience building applications with a large user base.
Experience with native Android/iOS integrations and Flutter platform channels.
Experience with Firebase, Crashlytics, Analytics, or similar monitoring platforms.
Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes.
Experience publishing and managing applications on the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
Experience with Flutter performance profiling and optimisation.
Exposure to native Kotlin/Swift development.
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
