Service Delivery Engineer

What You'll Achieve
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will help deploy world-class solutions for our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our technology, delivery processes and customers' priorities. You will work with technical solution teams and cross-functional partners on enterprise data center deployments and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will:
Coordinate with our technical solution team members to meet customer needs.
Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact, facilitating continuous improvement.
Build and sustain effective communications with all partners and cross-functional teams, maximizing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Deploy enterprise-level hardware/software data center solutions.
Subject matter expert in key technology areas including server, storage, and networking.
Adherence to established organizational common practices and delivery methodologies.
Willingness to develop AI infrastructure build-out skills and system validations.
Essential Requirements
Ability to travel to customer locations with a flexible schedule – support business needs 24x7 including weekends as required.
Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 lbs.
Strong written and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong experience with:
Compute and storage hardware
Customer communications
Following and executing program and project plans
Hyper-Converged Infrastructure experience a plus.
Desirable Requirements
2+ years of related industry experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Technology background, with experience with Dell Software and Hardware solutions.
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $86,400 to $118,800.
