Real-time, hyper personalized marketing systems that accurately & explainably prospect and engage new business customers.
Assistive technologies that arm our field agents with superhuman knowledge and context to grow deeper relationships and close more sales.

As a Staff Engineer, you will be a technical expert defining the future of our architecture, collaborating across Capital One to drive innovation and deliver the systems that produce step function growth for our business.

Additionally, you will promote engineering excellence, foster an inclusive environment, and deeply mentor the next generation of technical talent.
If you are ready to work on some of the most cutting edge problems in our business, provide thought leadership, and have meaningful business impact, come join us in our mission to change banking for good!
Key responsibilities:

Serve as an authoritative expert on non-functional system characteristics, such as performance, scalability and operability
Continue learning and injecting advanced technical knowledge into our community
Act as a role model and mentor within the tech community, helping to coach and strengthen the technical expertise and know-how of our engineering and product community
