Position: Marketing Expert — Marketing Operations (AI Agent Environments)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$100/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
Design task briefs based on real marketing operations experience, focusing on planted issues and strong decision-making.
Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.
Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong from plausible-but-wrong responses.
Review and evaluate AI agent attempts against personal standards.
Diagnose issues from messy data, prioritize tasks, plan, execute, and orchestrate multi-step work across tools.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing operations.
Fluent in CRM tools like Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, project trackers like Asana or Linear, and support tools like Zendesk or Intercom.
Clear written reasoning skills.
Preferred
Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
