Job Description
Coordinating scoping and technical review activities for programs, following approval processes for lifecycle management
Collaborating with lead engineers to create and track end-to-end project plans, ensuring project coherence
Monitoring tasks and milestones with vendors and other parties for consistent project progression
Generating and tracking change requests to adapt projects to evolving technical requirements
Assisting in project scheduling decisions and facilitating necessary discussions for timely decision-making
Reporting on project progress to product engineering and senior leadership, highlighting achievements and challenges
Identifying critical path and risk areas, crafting risk response and mitigation strategies to safeguard project success
Escalating issues to higher management to unblock challenges and maintain project momentum
Collaborating with other project managers to ensure alignment and manage inter-project dependencies effectively
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
