AI/ML Engineer

What success looks like in this role:
• Contributes significantly to the integration of AI / ML models into products and services.
• Supports team efforts to ensure the quality of underlying ML models, including:
o Data processing and cleaning, and
o Model retraining.
• Supports internal teams through development of complex solution packages and associated release and adoption strategies.
• Strives to understand product-related feedback, issues and user expectations.
• Gains understanding and experience to take broader ownership for ML service delivery.
• Participates in design discussions regarding features and methods to improve existing products and/or the implementation of new products

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning and/or data engineering projects, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
Proven experience in implementing LLM-based solutions in production environments, with a deep understanding of the associated challenges and best practices
Proficiency in Python and its data wrangling libraries (e.g., Pandas).
Good understanding of standard ML algorithms.
Sound understanding of software design principles.
Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems.
Quick to grasp new technologies and concepts, staying ahead in a rapidly evolving field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in English
