Your role and responsibilities
The work model for the role is: onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
Design and test specifications based on design documents and user manuals and the execution of test operations.
Maintain existed test platform and upgrade it with mechanical and electrical design to fit new test requirements.
Develop automation frameworks, create test scripts and tools for embedded Linux Device.
Responsible for creating bug reports, strategies for bug fixing and CI/CD integration of test infrastructure.
Collaborating with the developers, architects and other stakeholders to understand the business requirements and implement the quality assurance strategies accordingly.
Document test programs, setups and processes including programming methodology for future reference.
Innovatively applying new technologies, such as AI, to enhance the quality and efficiency of testing.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor or above in Computer Science or Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, or equivalent.3 years related working experience desired.
Skilled in testing methods and technologies for Linux embedded devices, relevant IOT or Automation Products.
Skilled in Python programming, command-line interaction, SQLite processing. Experienced in developing test automation frameworks, Pytest & Playwright framework.
Experienced in Serial and Ethernet communication protocols, applications and test tools.
Familiar with virtual technologies, Docker, VMware, Proxmox VE. Familiar with C/S architecture, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, web application test.
Able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings. Write relevant technical documents.
PLC, Field Protocols (Modbus, OPCUA) application experience are preferred.
