We're Hiring: Manager – HR Analytics
We're looking for a data-driven HR professional to own HR analytics, data governance, and management reporting for our organization — turning workforce data into a reliable, single source of truth that drives smarter people decisions.
What you'll do:
You'll own HRMS master-data governance across the employee lifecycle, run regular data-quality audits, and build and maintain dashboards covering headcount, attrition, demographics, diversity, recruitment, and employee cost.
You'll prepare management reports with trend analysis and actionable insights, support statutory and audit reporting, manage HRMS integrations with payroll, attendance, recruitment and other systems, and develop workforce models and forecasts for headcount, cost, and hiring demand.
You'll also drive automation of recurring reports using advanced Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools, while partnering closely with HRBPs, COEs, Payroll, and Finance to turn business questions into decision-ready insights.
Who we're looking for:
5+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations reporting, HRMS data management, or a related people-data role, with hands-on experience building workforce dashboards and managing large employee datasets using advanced Excel and Power BI.
Experience in HRMS master-data governance, system integrations, workflow validation, and UAT is important.
Exposure to statutory/annual report HR disclosures, audit data support, employee-cost analytics, and workforce forecasting is a strong plus; working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
