Technical Lead

We are seeking a Technical Lead to design, develop, and scale modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on high-performance, low-latency systems and collaborating across teams to build clean, efficient, and reliable solutions. This role requires strong ownership, technical curiosity, and a passion for building great products.
Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and develop end-to-end full-stack applications that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Build modular frontend components and high-performance backend services integrating real-time data.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of clean code and learning.
Manage and maintain infrastructure, monitoring, and security, ensuring system stability and uptime.
Support testing, deployment, and production operations, resolving performance bottlenecks and user issues.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in full-stack development with a solid foundation in modern web and backend technologies.
Hands-on experience with or willingness to learn Next.js (TypeScript), Flutter and Golang.
Understanding of system architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices design principles.
Experience working with distributed systems and databases like PostgreSQL or Cassandra.
Proven ability to debug, optimise, and scale large, production-grade applications.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accountability.
