Solution Architect

We are looking for a skilled AI developer with hands-on experience in building intelligent chat agents and conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), OCR pipelines, and API integrations and experience working with platforms like IBM Watson. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-driven solutions on cloud platforms (preferably GCP) to solve real-world business problems.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI-powered chatbots and conversational agents using modern LLM frameworks.
Implement RAG-based architectures for enterprise knowledge retrieval and question-answering systems.
Build and integrate OCR pipelines to extract and process structured/unstructured data from documents.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless system integrations.
Work with Python-based AI/ML frameworks to build scalable backend systems.
Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
Requirements:
Strong, hands-on. NET experience.
Deep SQL Server expertise (queries, joins, performance tuning, real-world scenarios).
Practical Azure experience (hands-on usage, not just theoretical knowledge).
Ability to discuss system design and architecture decisions in detail.
React JS and/or similar front-end development.
Clear communication skills suitable for a senior/lead role.
Actively contributing as an individual developer, not primarily in coordination or oversight roles.
Proven, day-to-day use of AI in development work, such as AI-assisted coding (e. g., Copilot or equivalent) and using AI for code reviews, refactoring, debugging, or design exploration.
Demonstrating how AI improves developer productivity and code quality in real projects.
High-level AI awareness alone is not sufficient.
