IT Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT positions across various technologies. The candidate must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS records.
Negotiate salary and joining timelines with selected candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Experience working on permanent hiring/contract staffing.
Hands-on experience with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
Good knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
