Responsibilities:
Design, write, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and regression suites for web and API-based applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across multiple product modules.
Build and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
Develop and enhance AI-based test suite creation and automation processes to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Test payment workflows, reconciliation logic, financial calculations, and transaction-related systems with high accuracy.
Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and REST Assured.
Validate backend data and perform data integrity checks using SQL queries.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release validation activities
Monitor product quality metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.
Ensure timely reporting, tracking, and closure of defects using defect management tools.
Requirements:
2-4 years of professional experience in QA / Software Testing for SaaS, fintech, or enterprise products.
Hands-on experience with both manual and automation testing methodologies.
Experience in AI-based testing frameworks or intelligent test automation is preferred.
Exposure to testing financial systems, payment flows, reconciliation logic, or financial calculations is a strong plus.
