Logistics Manager

Livspace is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to join our Supply Chain & Operations team and lead transportation excellence across our business.
The role involves managing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely movement of shipments, optimising transportation costs, and building strong logistics partnerships to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead transportation planning and execution across B2B, B2C, E-commerce, and D2C channels
• Manage vehicle placement, dispatch planning, and delivery performance
• Develop and manage logistics vendor relationships across regions
• Drive freight negotiations and cost optimisation initiatives
• Monitor shipment movement and resolve operational challenges proactively
• Ensure smooth coordination with warehouse, sales, customer experience, procurement, and finance teams
• Manage POD tracking, billing verification, reconciliation, and vendor settlements
• Drive process improvements, SOP implementation, and operational efficiency
Ideal candidate profile:
• 6–10 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or Consumer Durables
• Strong expertise in logistics partner management, freight operations, and cost optimisation
• Experience managing large-scale transportation operations across multiple locations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
