Job Description
Role Overview :
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with a background in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and hands-on experience in industrial/aerospace machinery maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting electrical systems, working with PLC-based automation, and ensuring reliable machine operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machineryTroubleshoot electrical circuits, control panels, sensors, drives, and automation systemsWork on PLC programming, HMI, and control logic optimizationHandle systems operating on 24V DC, 110V & 230V ACMaintain and support equipment like CNC machines, autoclaves, ovens, and test systemsCoordinate with production/mechanical teams to minimize downtimeMaintain proper documentation including preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, and ISO audit recordsSupport installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering2–5 years of experience in machinery maintenanceStrong knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi)Experience in electrical panels, wiring, and circuit troubleshootingAbility to read electrical schematics and diagrams
Preferred Skills
Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environmentsExposure to VFDs, servo drives, safety systems, and industrial protocolsKnowledge of machine safety and EHS practicesBasic understanding of mechanical systems
