Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and resolving complex software issues.
Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software applications.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive issue resolution and system improvements.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
