As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing relationships with financial institutions, including banks, NBFCs, and other key stakeholders. Your primary objective is to drive sales and business growth by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional service. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, offering support and expertise to achieve sales targets and maintain a strong market presence.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant CRM systems.
Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
Willingness to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
A self-starter with a proactive approach and a results-driven mindset.
Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, fostering trust and loyalty.
Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into clients.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand market trends and client requirements.
Prepare and present tailored solutions and proposals to meet client needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of client queries.
Monitor and analyze market dynamics, staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Develop and execute sales plans, setting and achieving individual and team sales targets.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the bank and expand the network.
