Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert guidance on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating them into practical business and technology strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align technology with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and effective implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of integration best practices to enhance project outcomes.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
Strong knowledge of designing and implementing scalable microservices-based solutions.
Experience with API management and service orchestration techniques.
Familiarity with cloud-native integration patterns and containerization technologies.
Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize system performance.
Understanding of security principles related to service integration and data exchange.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
