Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and adapting application features to align with organizational needs. The position requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver seamless solutions while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks related to .Net Full Stack Development.
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
Familiarity with integration techniques using APIs and low-code platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance and stability.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
