Having 10+ years of techno and functional experience in Finacle 10.x. Knowledge of technical and functionality of retail loans life cycle in Finacle is required and having expertise in managing requirements and stakeholders. Should be capable enough to manage a team and collaborate with dependent stakeholders across the bank. Strong communication skills are mandatory.
FCRM
Lead the track of defect fixing for Retail Assets Automation testing & Retail Assets CR/Projects delivery. The person should be having an expertise on Finacle Retail Assets & should have managed a team of 10-15 before to handle CRs or Production issues. Lead design, configuration, and testing of Finacle Retail Assets enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory changes. • Manage production stability — triage and resolve critical incidents, drive root-cause analysis, and reduce recurring defects. • Own test automation coverage for the Retail Assets module and drive stabilization initiatives across entities (e.g., ENBD, EI, international subsidiaries).
Oracle
Help in fixing defects for Retail Assets Automation testing & PBI in production. Manage production stability — triage and resolve critical incidents, drive root-cause analysis, and reduce recurring defects. • Own test automation coverage for the Retail Assets module and drive stabilization initiatives across entities (e.g., ENBD, EI, international subsidiaries). • Coordinate with Development team on patches, upgrades, and defect resolution
Cards
Finacle engineer who has knowledge on Finacle scripting and also having knowledge on cards domain. Also should have worked on REST APIs & be able to manage & support business units in different locations. Should be capable to deliver and end to end delivery & be able to manage the stakeholders.
