DevOps Engineer (RRA Support & Operations)
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to serve as the primary operational contact for the Remote Risk Aggregator (RRA) platform. The role involves supporting production and non-production environments, troubleshooting application issues, driving incident resolution, and acting as a bridge between business users, stakeholders, Development, and QA teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for critical enterprise applications.
Monitor application health, performance, and operational stability.
Lead incident resolution calls and drive issues to closure.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Develop automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting.
Work closely with users, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
Enhance observability, monitoring, and support processes.
Required Skills
5-10 years of experience in DevOps, Production Support, SRE, or Application Support.
Strong Python and Shell scripting skills.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications in production.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical abilities.
Hands-on experience with Linux, SQL, monitoring, and observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, etc.).
Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and incident management skills.
Preferred
Experience in Banking/Financial Services.
Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure, and ServiceNow.
