Vice President, Production Services Application Support

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Application Support to join our Engineering team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
The VP, Application Production Support, is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and reliability of critical business applications through proactive monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
The role supports Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, drives service improvements, mitigates operational risks, and enhances platform resilience through automation and process optimization.
Strong experience in Production/Application Support within enterprise environments.
Expertise in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and issue remediation.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Unix/Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
10+ Years of experience is required.
Informatica ETL development, workflow monitoring, and production support knowledge.
Understanding of file transfer, batch processing, scheduling, and data integration platforms.
