Strong understanding of Data Stewardship, Data Quality, Data Ownership, and Governance Operating Models. Experience with Golden Record creation, Match-Merge Rules, Survivorship Rules, and Hierarchy Management. Expertise in Data Governance tools, Metadata Management, Data Catalog, and Data Lineage concepts. Experience working with large-scale ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, and Analytics ecosystems. Strong stakeholder-management and executive communication skills. Experience leading geographically distributed delivery and architecture teams.
Lead enterprise-wide Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. Design and implement scalable Informatica MDM R360 solutions. Define and establish data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and stewardship processes. Architect and maintain master data domains including Customer, Product, Supplier, Vendor, Location, and Reference Data. Develop and manage data quality, standardization, matching, merging, survivorship, and golden-record strategies. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define master data requirements and governance controls. Drive Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Data Cataloging, and Data Stewardship initiatives. Establish governance KPIs, monitoring frameworks, and compliance controls. Provide architectural guidance for integration between MDM, Data Warehousing, ERP, CRM, Cloud, and Analytics platforms. Lead root-cause analysis and remediation of enterprise data-quality issues. Mentor global teams and provide thought leadership on MDM and Data Governance best practices. Ensure compliance with enterprise data-security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
