We are hiring a high-agency Full-stack Developer with deep Python and FastAPI backend expertise and strong React frontend skills who can independently design, build, and scale features across the stack. This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, product thinking, and the ability to leverage AI tools to significantly accelerate development velocity.
Responsibilities:
Own features end-to-end: architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring.
Build scalable backend systems in Python/FastAPI and clean, performant React frontend applications.
Design robust REST APIs, Pydantic schemas, and system architecture with long-term scalability in mind.
Write high-quality, production-grade code with strong test coverage.
Implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Set up and improve automated testing pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
Use AI tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, etc. ) to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.
Debug complex production issues and improve system reliability.
Contribute to engineering standards, code quality, and best practices.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Python, with deep hands-on experience building production services in FastAPI.
Solid command of async Python, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy (or similar ORM), and background task/queue patterns.
Deep experience with React (Next.js or similar modern frameworks, a plus).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend development.
Solid understanding of system design, APIs, and scalable architectures.
Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. ).
Strong experience with unit testing and automation (Pytest, Jest/Vitest, Cypress, Playwright, etc. ).
Proven experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Experience using AI developer tools (Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, etc. ) effectively in real workflows.
Strong understanding of performance optimization and debugging.
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Experience designing microservices or distributed systems.
Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
