Process Associate Human Resource Operations - EDM

Your Role And Responsibilities
Support employee lifecycle activities by maintaining and updating employee information in HR systems.
Assist in preparing employee-related documents such as employment letters, verification letters, and other HR correspondence.
Learn and perform basic employee data transactions in HR System.
Handle employee requests and queries through ServiceNow (SNOW) under the guidance of senior team members.
Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
Track and complete assigned requests within defined timelines.
Coordinate with HR and internal teams to resolve employee data-related queries.
Support process improvement initiatives and documentation activities.
Preferred Education
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, MBA-HR, or equivalent preferred).
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of HR processes or HR operations is an added advantage.
Internship experience in HR will be considered a plus.
