YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER
As part of Hostinger’s Growth Team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our main user panel - hPanel. This is not a purely functional QE position, we’re looking for a product-oriented QE professional who can see the entire quality assurance ecosystem, from processes and tools to automation strategy. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests, identifying potential issues, and collaborating with other engineers to enhance product functionality and reliability. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Act as a key person in setting the quality bar for your product.
- Improve, question & challenge delivery process.
- Advocate quality and ensure proper monitoring and alerting are in place.
- Perform functional and non-functional testing for Hostinger products.
- Coach your cross-functional team how to test (engineers, designers and pm's).
- Create and maintain automation tests for new and existing features.
- Identify system malfunctions, register issues
- Execute exploratory sessions inside the team and across the organisation.
- Collaborate with engineers and ensure bugs are completely fixed.
- Design and maintain test architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and coordinate other QE Engineers, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth within the QE team.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED
- 3+ years of experience as a software QE engineer in web-based applications.
- Experience in Web testing, and basic programming skills (Typescript is a plus).
- Having hands-on experience in UI automation (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools).
- Experience with API manual testing and automation (Postman, Rest Assured, Swagger, or similar tools) would be an advantage.
- Experience with Database (MySQL or similar).
- Strong knowledge of software QE methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Team player mindset, who feels comfortable making important decisions and standing behind them.
- Great communication skills in English.
- Problem-solving abilities, a passion for improvement.
- No critical bug can escape your eye.

COMPENSATION
Salary starting from €3,000 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
