Position Overview
The Contingent Workforce Operations Manager is responsible for enabling the operational excellence, workforce technology, and governance that support Autodesk's global contingent workforce program.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Contingent Workforce, this role partners closely with regional Program Managers, Engineering, Internal Audit, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Autodesk's Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver scalable, compliant, and technology-enabled workforce operations
This role serves as the operational backbone of the program by leading SAP Fieldglass operations, supporting global program expansion, strengthening operational governance, and continuously improving how work is delivered through workflow optimization, automation, and AI-enabled operational capabilities.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Senior Manager and regional Program Managers to operationalize contingent workforce priorities across the global program
Lead operational workstreams supporting global program expansion, technology implementations, and enterprise initiatives
Drive continuous redesign of operational workflows by combining business process improvement, automation, AI capabilities, and technology enhancements to improve scalability and reduce manual effort
Support operational readiness for new countries, workforce models, and evolving program capabilities
Own operational administration and continuous optimization of SAP Fieldglass and supporting contingent workforce technologies
Lead platform optimization, testing, release coordination, user enablement, and continuous enhancement of SAP Fieldglass
Evaluate emerging platform capabilities, including AI-powered functionality, to improve operational effectiveness, governance, and user experience
Manage operational execution of SAP Fieldglass controls and partner with Internal Audit to maintain SOX compliance and audit readiness
Partner with Engineering to support platform enhancements, integrations, and technology roadmaps
Develop operational dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that provide visibility into program health and operational performance
Translate operational data into actionable recommendations that improve workforce decisions, program adoption, and business outcomes
Partner with Engineering and analytics teams to improve data quality and AI readiness across contingent workforce operations
Support workforce visibility initiatives through reliable operational data and reporting
Continuously improve operational capabilities by combining systems thinking, workflow optimization, automation, and AI to simplify work and improve workforce operations
Partner with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, MSP partners, and regional Program Managers to support consistent global program execution
Support MSP operational governance, issue resolution, and service performance
Develop and maintain operational documentation, knowledge assets, and standardized guidance that support employee enablement and AI-assisted operations
Serve as a subject matter expert for contingent workforce systems, operational processes, and governance while continuously improving the end-user experience
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in contingent workforce operations, HR technology, procurement operations, business systems, program management, or related operational roles
Experience administering or implementing a Vendor Management System (SAP Fieldglass preferred; Beeline or similar VMS accepted)
Experience leading cross-functional operational or technology implementation projects
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated systems thinking with the ability to understand how technology, governance, suppliers, data, and operational workflows interact across the contingent workforce lifecycle
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting global contingent workforce programs
Experience partnering with Engineering, Internal Audit, or enterprise business systems teams
Experience supporting SOX controls, audit activities, or regulated operational processes
Experience building dashboards, reporting, and operational analytics
Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to adopt emerging AI technologies to improve operational efficiency, user enablement, reporting, and workforce outcomes
Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or global program rollouts
Experience managing enterprise operational capabilities with a continuous improvement or product mindset

La responsabilité du responsable des opérations liées à la main-d'œuvre temporaire consiste à garantir l'excellence opérationnelle, les technologies de gestion des effectifs et la gouvernance qui sous-tendent le programme mondial d'Autodesk dédié à la main-d'œuvre temporaire.
Rattaché au responsable senior de la main-d'œuvre temporaire, ce poste implique une collaboration étroite avec les responsables de programme régionaux, les équipes d'ingénierie, d'audit interne, des achats, des finances, du service juridique et le fournisseur de services gérés (MSP) d'Autodesk, afin d'assurer des opérations de gestion des effectifs évolutives, conformes et s'appuyant sur la technologie.
Ce poste constitue la colonne vertébrale opérationnelle du programme en pilotant les opérations SAP Fieldglass, en soutenant l’expansion mondiale du programme, en renforçant la gouvernance opérationnelle et en améliorant en permanence la manière dont le travail est effectué grâce à l’optimisation des flux de travail, à l’automatisation et aux capacités opérationnelles basées sur l’IA.

Responsabilités
Collaborer avec le responsable senior et les responsables de programme régionaux pour mettre en œuvre les priorités relatives à la main-d’œuvre temporaire à l’échelle du programme mondial
Diriger les axes de travail opérationnels soutenant l’expansion mondiale du programme, les déploiements technologiques et les initiatives d’entreprise
Piloter la refonte continue des flux de travail opérationnels en combinant l’amélioration des processus métier, l’automatisation, les capacités d’IA et les avancées technologiques afin d’améliorer l’évolutivité et de réduire les tâches manuelles
Assurer la préparation opérationnelle pour les nouveaux pays, les nouveaux modèles de main-d’œuvre et l’évolution des capacités du programme
Assurer l’administration opérationnelle et l’optimisation continue de SAP Fieldglass et des technologies associées à la main-d’œuvre temporaire
Diriger l’optimisation de la plateforme, les tests, la coordination des mises en production, la formation des utilisateurs et l’amélioration continue de SAP Fieldglass
Évaluer les nouvelles capacités de la plateforme, y compris les fonctionnalités basées sur l’IA, afin d’améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle, la gouvernance et l’expérience utilisateur
