Your First 60 Days:
First 30 days: Work directly with the CTO to launch the next version of our AI-agent harness to 1 lakh users.
By 60 days: Scale the harness, improve its reliability, and expand what it can do alongside the CTO.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of software-development experience.
Strong software-engineering fundamentals.
Experience building full-stack projects or products.
Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, Docker, Azure, or AWS.
Practical experience using coding agents such as Codex or Claude Code.
Ability to take a problem from idea to working production software.
Comfort learning quickly and working across different parts of the stack.
