Job Summary:
Supports customer facing sales force through the rhythm of sales; Lead to close. Executes, supports, improves selected activities under limited supervision.
We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Distribution business.
This is a remote/hybrid position. Candidates can be based in any time zone but are expected to work standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in their local time zone, with occasional onsite requirements as needed.
You will make an impact in the following ways:
Respond to customer calls and emails, qualify inquiries, and route opportunities to the appropriate sales professionals
Prepare budgetary quotes by gathering technical information, pricing, lead times, and customer requirements
Process customer orders, acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping notices while ensuring accuracy and timely communication
Create and manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) contracts, work orders, and service-related documentation
