Near Siruseri Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Navalur Post, Siruseri, Chennai – 603103, Tamil Nadu
Note-While coming for Walkin:-
· Please carry 2 or more copies of updated resume, 2 Passport size photo along with Govt ID proof(Xerox 2 copies)
· Please do not bring personal laptop or electronic gadgets to TCS premises.
Must Have:
Responding to a reported service incident, identifying the cause, and initiating the incident management process
Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and impact on the business
Coordinating with stakeholders and communicating the status and resolution of incidents
Work closely with the service desk, the initial point of contact for all IT issues, ensuring a streamlined incident reporting and response process.
Coordinate with various technical support levels, from first-level support handling basic issues to advanced technical specialists tackling complex problems.
Ensure that incident resolution aligns with broader IT operational goals and compliance standards.
Responsible for carefully documenting every incident as soon as it is identified and recording
Responsible for the early detection of IT disruption using advanced monitoring tools
Swiftly identify the origins and scope of incidents, upon detection, undertake a thorough analysis to understand the underlying causes and implications.
Good to Have:
Ability to handle multiple technology tasks and work independently as well as a team member
Strong technical knowledge of information technology systems and infrastructure
Understanding of risk management, mitigation, and incident response frameworks
Experience communicating with senior management and executives
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to incident response and data privacy
