Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive OfficerPosition SummaryThe Chief of Staff to the CEO serves as a strategic advisor and operational leader responsible for driving enterprise alignment, enabling execution of strategic priorities, and enhancing the effectiveness of the Office of the CEO. Acting as an extension of the CEO, this role leads cross-functional coordination, executive governance, strategic initiatives, and operational planning to support enterprise growth, transformation, and organizational performance.
The role requires a highly agile leader with strong business acumen, executive communication capabilities, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. The Chief of Staff partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Board stakeholders, and functional leaders to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution against enterprise objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Enterprise Execution
Partner with the CEO to develop, operationalize, and monitor enterprise strategic priorities and business objectives.
Drive execution of high-priority cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across business and corporate functions.
Provide strategic analysis, insights, and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
Monitor organizational performance, key business metrics, risks, and operational dependencies.
Executive Office & Governance
Lead the operating rhythm for the Executive Leadership Team, including executive meetings, strategic reviews, offsites, and business updates.
Ensure follow-through on key decisions, action items, and enterprise commitments.
Coordinate preparation of executive presentations, briefing materials, and communications for Board meetings, investors, and leadership forums.
Support enterprise governance and decision-making processes across the organization.
Transformation & Organizational Effectiveness
Lead or support enterprise transformation initiatives, organizational change efforts, and operational improvement programs.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers, resolve escalations, and accelerate execution.
Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, and leadership alignment.
Support prioritization and resource alignment across strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Management & Communications
Act as a liaison between the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board stakeholders, and key internal and external partners.
Support development of executive communications, leadership messaging, and enterprise updates.
Foster strong relationships across the organization to drive collaboration and alignment.
Special Projects
Lead sensitive and high-impact projects on behalf of the CEO.
Conduct research, analysis, and market assessments to support strategic initiatives and business opportunities.
Support merger, acquisition, integration, separation, or growth-related initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, consulting, corporate development, business management, or related leadership roles.
Experience supporting C-suite executives or executive leadership teams within a complex, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Experience within a public company, consulting environment, transformation program, or high-growth organization preferred.
