Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager located in Roha. The EHS Manager will oversee and implement health and safety programs, ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations, conduct occupational health assessments, and lead accident investigations. The role also involves delivering safety-related training and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health programs
Skills in Accident Investigation and ensuring continuous improvement in safety practices
Experience in developing and conducting EHS-related training programs
Proven ability to ensure compliance with relevant environmental and safety regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 45001, or equivalent are a plus
