Role Description The Admin Associate/Executive will handle day-to-day administrative operations, including managing office documentation, maintaining records, and supporting branch-level processes in Nashik. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, preparing basic reports, assisting with scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth functioning of office facilities and supplies. The role involves handling correspondence, supporting compliance-related documentation, and assisting in data entry and filing as required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, requiring regular collaboration with branch staff and management to support efficient operations.
Qualifications
Ability to manage office administration tasks such as documentation, filing, record maintenance, and office supplies.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email tools, data entry software) and digital record-keeping.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and handling official correspondence.
Comfort working with structured processes and guidelines, including basic understanding of compliance in a financial services environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site office setting, with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
Previous experience in administrative or back-office roles, preferably in banking or financial services, is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; higher qualifications in administration, commerce, or related fields are beneficial.
