Principal Adobe Campaign, AJO Consultant

Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on delivery in Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Proven experience designing and executing customer journeys and campaign operations aligned to business outcomes.
Working knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and campaign measurement concepts within enterprise marketing environments.
Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Education: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, MSc. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of multi-step customer journeys using Adobe Campaign and AJO across email and cross-channel touchpoints.
Translate business requirements into functional designs, journey orchestration logic, segmentation strategy, and campaign execution plans.
Configure and manage campaign/journey components including audiences, decisioning logic, personalization, scheduling, and orchestration flows.
Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, measurement approaches, and reporting needs; drive continuous optimization based on performance insights.
Ensure solution quality through testing strategies (functional, regression, UAT support), defect triage, and release readiness.
Collaborate in an Agile setup: contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimations, daily standups, and sprint reviews.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members; promote best practices for reusable assets, governance, and documentation.
Coordinate with data/engineering teams for integrations, data readiness, and activation needs to support targeting and personalization.
