Senior Consultant

The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills which will enable them to clearly present solutions to clients. They should be comfortable conducting research and analysis in order to establish a good understanding of the business at hand. They should have an interest in examining and streamlining processes in order to make them more efficient.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
Build and maintain Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and dashboards.
Develop inbound and outbound integrations with Payroll, ERP, Benefits, Finance, and third-party applications.
Troubleshoot integration failures, reporting issues, and data exceptions; perform monitoring, reprocessing, and issue resolution.
Support tenant migrations, Workday releases, upgrades, regression testing, and deployment activities.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and vendor stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure data integrity, privacy, compliance, and security across Workday integrations and reports.
Prepare technical specifications, test scripts, deployment documentation, support procedures, and knowledge assets.
Participate in Workday enhancement, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of experience in related field
Preferred Skills
Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate exposure.
Workday Prism Analytics and BIRT reporting knowledge.
Workday Security Administration and tenant management experience.
Data migration, data conversion, reconciliation, and audit support experience.
Understanding of GDPR, data privacy, HRIS governance, and compliance requirements.
