Own GPU component quality performance across NPI, ramp, and sustaining production.
Track AFR, RMA, RPM, DPPM, failure pareto, supplier quality trends, and recurring field/factory failure modes.
Drive GPU-related RCCA with suppliers, sub-tier suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal engineering teams.
Support NCAT/SSP technical assessments, material risk decisions, FA priority setting, and containment actions.
Partner with factory quality leads to determine whether GPU failure modes are contained before OK-to-Ramp / OK-to-Ship.
Review supplier manufacturing data, test coverage, qualification results, PCNs, and corrective action effectiveness.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience with semiconductor, GPU, CPU, accelerator, server, or high-complexity electronics quality.
Strong understanding of FA, RCCA, 8D, DPPM/RPM/AFR, MTBF, test escapes, and supplier quality management.
Ability to lead technical problem solving across supplier, engineering, manufacturing, and field teams.
Strong data analysis and executive-ready communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GPU platforms, AI infrastructure, HBM, high-speed interfaces, PCIe, NVLink, thermal/power interactions, or server integration.
Hands-on HBM and Power Delivery Network (PDN) know-how is preferred, including familiarity with GPU memory subsystems, power sequencing, voltage regulation, margining, and related failure modes.
Experience working with NVIDIA, AMD, semiconductor suppliers, ODMs, or contract manufacturers.
Success Measurements
GPU quality risks are identified early and driven through containment and RCCA.
Supplier corrective actions are technically sound and verified.
Factory and field failures are translated into clear quality actions.
OK-to-Ramp / OK-to-Ship decisions include a clear GPU component risk view.
