Modern Device Management Specialist

What success looks like in this role:
• Provides Endpoint Management support and services for an assigned organization, location, or function.
• Manages work orders, problems, or tasks within a structured ticket management system.
• Performs appropriate diagnostics to initiate problem management workflow process.
• Provides workstation and device training support for associates.
• Participates in the conceptual phases of identifying and solving business problems and issues.
• Contributes to the definition of engineering processes, standards, and technologies / frameworks.
• Plans, designs, implements, and maintains endpoint solutions for various platforms and devices. Maintains and updates operations manual and contractual reports.
• Acts as initial 3rd level escalation point to provide technical support of hardware, systems, email flow, Teams Conferences, telephony across different platforms sub-systems and/or applications.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Baseline clearance required with the ability to attain an NV1
