Making an impact. What will you do?
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities, optimizing equipment performance, improving plant reliability, managing maintenance teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
Further you will organize, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Additionally, you will monitor equipment health and recommend corrective actions to avoid failures.
Furthermore, you will conduct safety inspections and risk assessments and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Leading and guiding maintenance engineers, supervisors, technicians, and contract manpower is a part of your responsibility.
Moreover, you are in-charge for conducting performance reviews and skill development programs.
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with eight to twelve (8-12) years of experience in mechanical service and maintenances jobs.
