Learning and Development Manager- Havells CRI

We are looking for a strong female professional to join our team and lead key initiatives in Learning & Development (L&OD), Employee Engagement, Culture Building, and HR Analytics at CRI.
This is a highly impactful and innovative role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, ground-level execution, and data-driven decision making. The role offers a unique opportunity to build people initiatives from scratch while influencing employee experience, capability development, and organizational culture.
Key responsibilities will include:
Designing and executing the annual Learning & Development roadmap from concept to implementation including Hi potential roadmap.
Creating and managing the yearly training calendar, ensuring effective delivery and measurable business outcomes.
Driving employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that enhance collaboration, belonging, and employee experience.
Planning and executing engagement calendars, leadership connects, employee forums, and GTPW initiatives.
Partnering with employees, HODs, and business leaders to understand organizational needs and translate them into impactful interventions.
Leading HR MIS and Analytics, including training dashboards, engagement metrics, participation analysis, workforce insights, and management reporting.
Tracking and analyzing employee retention, attrition trends, employee feedback, and engagement data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend action plans.
Measuring the effectiveness and ROI of learning and engagement interventions through structured analytics and business impact assessments.
Taking ownership of new initiatives with a high degree of self-drive, innovation, and execution excellence.
